This booklet issued by Mr H Clive Daniel is a prospectus for land he was trying to sell including along Tassie Street and the Correll Estate. In the prospectus Mr Daniel asks for potential buyers to invest in Port Augusta to make it one of Australia's largest and most progressive industrial centres. A price list and details about the parcels of land can be found at the back of the booklet. The East West railway line from Port Augusta to Perth was under construction at this time and the Daniel propspectus was timed to take advantage of this. |
