Green and Gold Cookery Book

The Green and Gold Cookery Book was first compiled in 1923 as a fundraiser for King's College (now Pembroke School). The school community contributed recipes and advertising space within the book was sold to offset the cost of publishing the original edition. More than 400,000 copies have now been sold in Australia, Canada, the United States of America and the United Kingdom. The Green and Gold Cookery Book is regarded as a classic Australian recipe book.
